After the completion of another successful academic year, the students and the staff of Guru Tegh Bahadur 3rd Centenary Public School, C- Block, Mansarover Garden, New Delhi, congregated in the holy presence of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji to seek the blessings of the Almighty for the session 2019- 20. They prayed for strength to work hard with honesty; sincerity and dedication. The stage was aesthetically decorated with flowers and quotations from Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. The proceedings began with a shabad by the Divinity Choir – ‘Jiske Sir Uper Tu Swami, So Dukh Kaisa Pave’. The shabad is composed in Raag Sorath by the fifth Guru, Guru Arjan Dev Ji. It means that when God is our savior we become free from pain and sorrows. He is merciful and protects his followers. The beautiful words of this shabad resounded in each and every heart. This was followed by path of 6 pauries of Anand Sahib, Ardas and Hukumnamah. Kadah Parshad was distributed to all. Everyone was imbued with vigour to do their very best.
