- Promotion to higher class will be made on the basis of internal assessment and final examination.
- Periodic Written Tests will be conducted in the entire academic year and the marks will be recorded for the final evaluation.
- It is obligatory on the part of the student to appear in all unit tests / periodic tests and terminal exams.
- However, in case of illness, the medical certificate should be submitted to the class teacher.
- Marks will be awarded for notebook maintenance and subject specific application activities.
- Co- curricular activities for the holistic development of the student will be organized and graded on a 5- point grading scale.
- It is obligatory for every student to obtain 75% attendance by the end of February. Defaulters will not be allowed to appear in the final exams.
- The names of pupils who remain absent without leave for TWO school weeks shall be struck off the rolls.
- The Principal reserves the right to refuse admission to any pupil without furnishing any reason.
- No pupil will be admitted to the school without a Transfer Certificate from the last school which he/she attended.
- For withdrawal of a pupil from the school, a calendar month's notice must be given in writing, otherwise a calendar month's fee will be charged.
